Why Less Is More?
Has a thought about overeating ever crossed your mind?
It certainly did cross mine. I myself am a fruitarian and eat almost nothing else but fruits, still, regularly I tend to overeat even with fruits.
Why is this happening? It seems like we've undergone some HC conditioning that convinced us how more is more.
Eat more food, you'll be strong... they said. Intake lot of proteins, you'll grow muscle mass. etc.
The point is, since youngest of ages we are programmed by the society (and our loved ones) to think how more food equals to more power. In reality, that is a huge understatement.
I can assure you, try eating less for 1 day (win the mind battle) and you'll instantly notice how your life quality is improving. You'll feel lighter... and lighter. The longer your fasting periods get, you'll encounter more intensified periods of lightness
In that kind of event, you shall finally realize - less is more. :D
I never knew, how fucking amazing I could feel - until I did a full body juice reset.
I drank nothing but fresh orange juice for a week long... after only 2 days passed, I felt fucking amazing.
The burst of energy I received was unlike something I've ever witnessed before. I got out of my house at 2 AM, whole neighborhood was sleeping while I started sprinting heavily, it felt amazing!
I think you get the point. If you wanna read in depth post about juicing, make sure to click Why I Juice Daily
The second answer to why we overeat is because we eat wrong foods. We stuff ourselves with so called survival foods, cheap & processed food from supermarkets that holds no true value in it!
The body is a system more advanced that you can imagine, it is highly sophisticated and therefore needs the best treatment possible. It depends solely on us to decide which kind of treatment will we implement.
We fail it miserably often. Somehow we overlook the micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) and tend to focus on macro ones: proteins, carbohydrates, fats
The other problems that promote overeating are: emotional patterns related to certain foods, 300+ parasitic infections and many more - but I won't go in details about it right now.
There is no need to intake more food than you need. As a matter of fact, old Tibetan proverb says: Always stop eating when you feel a bit hungry. Something in those lines lol. My point is, the ancients had it right.
You probably noticed how your stomach gets all bloated when you overeat and your energy significantly decreases. Why is that so?
It happens because you cause a blockage in your stomach so load of blood needs to be sent there.
Imagine now, what happens when you constantly overeat and you don't let your body to recover.
You are under stress, you don't feel good, the feeling is heavy - not with a huge will to live and definitely not with will to do something better for ourselves. You just end up feeling like laying down all day long...
As I mentioned, our bodies are machines so sophisticated - probably the most sophisticated ones in this Universe. We can survive on all kinds of shit, it's hard to imagine it how - yet our body somehow transforms everything in survival energy.
The other point of the medal is, the fact we can take energy from it doesn't necessarily mean its not hurting the body in the long run.
And our beautiful machine was definitely not designed to process foods all day long, especially the dead food we tend to eat.
What are the solutions?
- Stop consuming low vibrational foods (processed foods, animal products)
- Detoxicate your body
- Think about fresh juices reset
- Start consuming living foods: fruits, veggies, superfoods, herbs etc.
- Try fasting (short water fast, transition to longer dry fasts after)
- Understand parasitic attack (Anti Parasitic Cleanse - Hilda Clark)
- Connect with your body (feel it better)
- Understand that your body is precious: it can be the tool of your liberation but biggest prison as well
The cleaner your body will become, cravings for various foods will be lower - eventually they'll vanish.
More connected you become to the essence of beingness, the desire for food will gradually decrease.
At some point of time, you might even consider breatharianism, perfectly normal practice that's somehow considered shocking at this modern age we are a part of.
On the other hand, stuffing ourselves with foods we can't digest is somehow encouraged...
Tricky times we live in, better pay attention and do your due diligence. Otherwise you just a pawn :)
Less is definitely more. I am a big fan of intermittent fasting. Stop eating for a while is a great method for healing. The mind will be so clear and your body feels amazing. I can also recommend, to eat less. For me it´s important to eat good mineral rich food! If you do this, your body is less hungry.
Yes less is more, but you hd find it in very interesting way 😉

Such a great post! I REALLY need to take some more time and focus on this. I was a vegetarian for a while and then a pescatarian too. I LOVE good fruits and good fruit juice. Living a busy lifestyle, I always tend to make excuses as to why I can’t. Like all things - if you want it badly enough you’ll make it happen. Thanks for sharing.
