Delicious Roasted Chicken With Roasted Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients :
2 chickens, cut into quarters
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 kg vegetables ( onion, carrot, celery and leek )
2 bay laurel
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper as needed
1/2 cup of chicken broth
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Method :
- Clean the chickens pieces and season them with salt, pepper and minced garlic.
- Fry the chicken pieces with butter and olive oil on each sides.
- Put the chicken pieces in a baking tray with the vegetables ( season the vegetables with salt, pepper and olive oil too).
- Pour the chicken broth, add the bay laurel and put the tray in a preheated oven until cooked.
- Lift the tray out from the oven and serve the chicken with vegetables .. Enjoy!
