How to make carrots and orange juice and it's benefits.

Hey guys, today I will be telling you all the benefits and the recipe to make the simple orange and carrot juice. Let's begin.

-Oranges are rich in Vitamin C which helps in supporting immume system and also the absorption of iron and calcium.

-Laboratory research published in 1998 in "Advances in Experimental Medicine and Biology" found that orange juice consumption prevented breast cancer in rats and that the juice increase the anti-cancer effects of the drug tamoxifen, but these promising findings still need confirmation in trials with human subjects, according to Livestrong

-As for carrots, they are rich in beta-carotene, B-vitamins, folate, calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron.

-Carrots are suggested to people with vitamin A deficiency. Vitamin A also helps in improving eyesight.

Procedure
1- Put the carrots in the juice maker and take out all the juice.

2- Cut the orange from between and then squeeze the orange inside the juice after removing the seeds with the spoon.

There you have it. A simple and fresh carrot and orange juice which will give you a kick start in the morning.
