Trattoria alternativa
Oggi per pranzo siamo stati a questa fantastica trattoria che si impone di proporre piatti tipici rivisitati secondo il loro concetto di innovazione.
Un'espetienza davvero singolare ma devo dire ricca di nuovi sapori che riescono ad unire 2 piatti della regione che tra loro sono completamente diversi in fatto di gusto.
Ps: (il locale si trova in Francia ma lo chef è Italiano) 😂❤
Pasta di spezel fatta a raviolo con ripieno di carne suina e crema di patata viola.
Tagliatelle ai funghi con "rollo" di carne e salsa alla panna acida.
Da provare!
