Super Meaty Fat Bomb With Lots Of Cheese
Ingredients:
250g sliced bacon
300g minced beef
150g shredded cheddar cheese
Tomato filler:
Fresh basil
30g dried tomatoes
1 big garlic clove
Half big onion
Dried oregano
Salt
Pepper
Stevia
Additionally - mustard and low sugar bbq sauce
Ok, first we will do our tomato filling.
Leave The tomatoes for a few minutes in warm water, otherwise they will be very hard to cut.
This is our setup - chopped basil, tomatoes, garlic and onion. Additionally, we’ve got salt and pepper, dried oregano and stevia.
Heat up some coconut oil, start with the onion. Give it a few minutes and once it’s already nice and brown, add the garlic. After around a minute, we add the tomatoes, basil, and oregano. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, take the pan off the heat and add salt, pepper and stevia to taste. Just be careful, the stevia can give it a bitter taste if the pan is too hot.
Filler done, let’s move on.
Put down some food wrap and start placing the bacon slices as showed in the picture above. Add salt, and pepper.
Add the meat on top of the bacon. The meat was seasoned only with pepper and cumin.
Add the tomatoes
Now the cheese...
And wrap it up! This may be quite tricky! After we’ve got it all nice and wrapped, put it in there fridge for an hour or so.
We are going to use a brush to cover this whole thing in a mix of mustard and low carb bbq sauce. Bake around 25 minutes in 190 degrees C, flip it, brush again and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
Enjoy :)
