Dietary cake with curd filling

for the cake:
egg white 4 pcs.
eggs 1 pc.
oat bran 3 tablespoons
cellulose 3 tablespoons
protein chocolate 1 measuring spoon
sugar substitute to taste
milk
For filling:
cottage cheese 200 g
jam fruit (berry) 100 g
protein vanilla ½ teaspoon
sugar substitute to taste
milk
gelatin
Prepare dough for pancakes: mix raw chicken proteins and one additional whole egg with oat bran, fiber, sugar substitute. Add protein with a taste of chocolate or oatmeal, milk. The mass should be liquid, as for pancakes.
Heat the pan with non-stick coating, pour the dough, put on medium heat. Fry for 30 seconds on each side or only with one. In the same way, bake up to a dozen pancakes.
For the filling mix cottage cheese with protein, add sugar substitute, beat in the cream with a blender. You can add a little milk, if the mass turned dryish.
Gelatin pour milk, warm.
Half the mixture pour into berry or fruit jam, the second half - in the curd mass, mix.
