Chocolate muffins
Chocolate muffins, already, thanks only to their aroma, are able to cheer up. Do not deny yourself the pleasure.
180 g flour
180 g of powdered sugar
30 g of cocoa
1/3 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
80 g chocolate (70%)
100 ml of coffee
100 ml of vegetable oil
100 ml of yogurt
1 large egg
First, brew coffee, it needs time to cool down.
Mix flour, powdered sugar, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
Chop the chocolate fairly large.
Add to the mixture. Mix it.
In another container pour in vegetable oil, kefir, egg and coffee. Stir.
Connect the liquid component to the loose liquid.
Stirring a whisk, literally a minute, to the formation of a smooth and silky mass with pieces of chocolate.
Pour out the molds.
Bake muffins in a preheated oven for up to 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
This is delicious. Muffins are airy and, at the same time, are entrenched, wet inside. Warm - with melted chocolate, when cooled - with pieces of chocolate.
And, these are the same muffins, only coffee in the recipe I replace with any juice, and cocoa - with flour. It turns out, too, very tasty, with a fruit note and chocolate impregnations.
