Aromatic jam from banana and kiwi
Tasty and useful overseas fruit has taken root on our, domestic, table, most often as an ornament for cakes, pastries, desserts. From this berry with the taste of strawberries you can cook a very beautiful jam.
sugar 220 g
kiwi fruit 5 pcs.
bananas 1 pc.
lemon juice 1/2 pc.
gelatin 1 tsp
Kiwi and banana peeled and finely chopped. Mix both masses, mash, add sugar and dissolved gelatin. Cook 5 - 7 minutes, the jam should be thick. Arrange the aromatic jam from banana and kiwi in small clean jars, under polyethylene caps.
