Señores este es un almuerzo típico venezolano que no juega carrito, como decimos aquí, el llano en todo su esplendor. Cachapa de maíz tierno, queso llanero rallado, aguacate del que suelta la concha facilito y cremosito, unas chuleticas de cochino aderezadas con ajo y orégano y un juguito de piña, esto es la gloria, todos los venezolanos lo sabemos y así como un oriental disfruta su pescado frito, los llaneros hacen lo propio con sus cachapas con cochino. Por esas cosas y más yo amo a Venezuela.
