material
150 grams of brown sugar
50 grams of granulated sugar
480 cc of water
2 pandan leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
Boil 1 ... after the sugar has dissolved ... strain and allow to cool slightly
In another container, make it 1 =
250 grams of rice flour
100 grams of flour
1 tsp water whiting
Pour the liquid sugar into the flour mixture .. stirring using a whisk until evenly distributed. Filter it.
Prepare a steamer.
Uk pans 24cm x 24cm x 7cm grease.
Steam for several layers to cook evenly.
Chill ... cut it.
Serve with grated steamed coconut.
