Hahahah...good to find out...The banku is my most favourite meal in Ghana. It comprises a mixure of corn dough and cassava dough..bioled together with several turn over as on fire..you then put them into your preferred balls once ready...amazingly it comes with so many complements...l take it with groundnut soup, sometimes too hot pepper or okro stew..It can even be mashed into a porridge and banku balls is able to stay in good shape for even a month if well atored without spoilage..just find your way in Ghana and we gon make you feel really good .. ..really hot..
Get your soup ready..
