Before i talk about the benefits of eating natural food, i want to first of all talk about our body. Our body is the one that house our spirit, the absent of this body we become a spirit being, so it is very important to take proper care of this body given to us by God as the caretaker. Without our body we cannot function as human being, become or do what we aspire and desired in life, do things the way we wish to do it, in all we can not achieve our purpose here on earth. If our body is damaged we will become a liability not only to ourselves, but also to those around us, we are incapable of doing the things we used to do. So we should not allow our bodies to suffer either by careless livving or as a result of what we eat or take in as food, except there is an incident which might lead to maybe severe pain. Eating natural food can help improve our health, also replenish our skin like fruits and vegetable. Fruits and Vegetables contains vatimins, minerals and fiber which help protect you from chronic disease, when you eat more fruits and vegetable as part of a healthful diet you are likely to have reduced risk of chronic diseases including stroke, diabetics and perhaps other cardiovascular diseases, and certain cancer, compare with those who consume a diet with only small amounts of fruits. Research as shown that fruits and vegetables plays a vital role in promoting good health, to get the amount that is recommended, most people need to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables they eat everyday. Nutrients comes primarily from foods, such as fruits and vegetables and contain not only the vitamins and minerals that are often found in supplement, but also other naturally occuring substances that may help protect you from chronic diseases. Here are some Benefits of Eating Natural Food ( Fruits and Vegetables): 1. Natural food are not generall over processed foods, 2. You get more fiber, which is good for intestinal health, they aid softening the bowel so you can pass feaces easily, 3. They are low in calorie: it help to eliminate cravings, by providing the body with real nutrients etc. You can also process your juice by youself to advoid artificial sweetnen, and go for good fruits and vegetable without chemicals, if posible go for unripe once which you can keep to avoid artificial ripening.
