Breakfast wrap - quick, delicious and healthy
Scrambled egg is probably my favourite breakfast. Hotels overall serve the best, and I've figured out the secret for creating awesome scrambled egg at home as well.
The secret, or two actually: use a saucepan instead of a frying pan, and add melted butter to the egg mixture rather than letting it melt in the pan. This way your scrambled egg will remain light yellow and fluffy.
Just batter up an egg or two (or three) with some melted butter (1/2 - 1 table spoon), a pinch of salt, and some cream or full fat milk. Meanwhile heat the saucepan. Make sure the egg mixture is homogenous before pouring into the pan. Keep whisking until the desired texture.
Serve it the way you want. This morning I made a scrambled egg wrap by adding a sliced tomato, some freshly ground pepper, and half a table spoon of linseed. Yum! 😋
