Quick, Easy, and HEALTHY Breakfast!
Good morning fellow steemians and steemites, I want to share what I eat just about every day for breakfast. It only takes about 10-15 minutes to prepare and it's delicious!
3- Whole Eggs
2 Slices- Uncured Turkey Bacon
1 cup- Oatmeal
1 1/2 scoops- Whey Protein
This is the amount of food I eat when I am looking to gain weight. If I were looking to lose weight, I would eat the same food just in smaller amounts.
