Special Delicacy For First Saturday of the Month
Walking up to feeling good. It's a Saturday morning and the first of it kind in the month of August. As it is common among the Yoruba's to wish and carry out several house chores on Saturday Motunrayo decided after her morning devotion to clean the house, wash the plates, wash here clothes and that of her siblings. After that she decided to make for herself and her siblings a typical food among Africans 'Ewa Agoyin' in which they took with bread (as it is deemed the most fit). After finishing the food they all went to bed and slept for the rest of the day.
'Ewa Agoyin' is known to be a source of protein which helps in building muscle, bread a source of carbohydrate which also helps in providing immediate fuel in the form of glucose so that your cells can carry out their functions. 'Ewa Agoyin' seems to be the best of all typical African food (my perspective as I deemed it fit). There is this popular slang in Nigeria 'Ewa Agoyin go block belle', meaning ewa agonyin will fill your stomach.
'Ewa Agoyin' is a 'BAE'
