Very simple and delicious recipe Shakshuka
So I learned it somehwere on youtube, its very simple.
You make a nice sauce of tomatoes, onion, garlic and whatever veggies and herbs you might like.
You leave it to cook a little then you fry some eggs on top of it,but because I am a fiend I smothered the eggs in mozzarella and cottage cheese.
I seriously hope I haven't offended any culture butchering this recipe I have no idea where it comes from but it is delicious
