[ENG/ESP] Stay hydrated in Summer | Hidratense durante el verano
Hello steemit family! To honor the weekend and because it's so hot outside, I went for a detox refreshing drink at Goiko Grill, a restaurant I just discovered a while ago.
Remember that for having a detox drink there are some ingredients that are better for it like: lemon, mint, pineapples, apples, ginger, among others. Today I chose this simple mint lemonade with a lot of ice (super refreshing), I really like the presentation of the drink.

Recuerden que para tener una bebida detox, hay ciertos ingredientes que son mejores para ello como por ejemplo: el limón, la menta, la piña, la mazana, el jenjibre, entre otros. Hoy elegí esta simple limonada con menta y mucho hielo (bastante refrescante); me gusta la presentación de la bebida.
