Benefits of Moringa. An infusion that will interest you!
The moringa, Moringa oleifera, is a native tree of India that grows in subtropical countries of the Asian and African continent. Normally, moringa leaves, pods, seeds, oil, flowers, roots, branches and bark are used both for food consumption and to recover and maintain health due to its therapeutic qualities.
The moringa has an impressive amount of medicinal properties, but in this post I present an infusion which has helped me for my ailments that as you know is normal in an older person.

The first thing you have to do is identify a moringa plant, whose fruit is very peculiar, since they look like small sticks, those that are used are those that have a brown color, after having them, they open and extract the seeds , which are small "brown pieces", these seeds are placed in a cup of boiled water, they are left to rest, then with a colander the solid and liquid remains are separated, at the end some leaves of the plant are placed so that keep the properties of the infusion. This liquid can be stored in the refrigerator and is taken twice a day, is ideal for bone pain, joints, abdominal pain and is ideal for regulating blood pressure.
