How to make soft scrambled eggs?

We all know how to do scrambled eggs, but those little tricks make it a bit different from the others, so today we’ll share a seemingly ordinary recipe for scrambled eggs, but with a couple of tricks that will make it special.

What do I need?

4 eggs
5 grams of milk butter

How to prepare it?

Step 1

Mix the eggs until you get a nice mixture with as much foam as possible. Add the pepper and salt and then mix it all together again.

Step 2

Put butter in the pan, and when the piece of butter is melted to the end, immediately put the eggs over and bake in the middle heat.

Step 3

Do not touch anything for the first half minutes, then mix it slowly. Approximately 20 seconds before you think the baking is over, take it out and serve on the plate and leave it there for about a minute to squeeze it over.
