Chicken Meatballs Padang Sauce
Hi steemians !!!
My children are very cocky chicken, especially fried chicken. Incidentally in my house there is leftover meatballs that I bought yesterday in the market, so I think want to make a dish of chicken and meatballs.
Ingredients
1. 1/2 Chicken (chest & diced)
2. 5 small meatballs (cut into two pieces)
3. 4 red chili
4.1 onions (medium size)
5. 3 onion cloves
6. 2 cloves of garlic
7. Water enough
Spices:
Ginger, pepper powder, salt, sugar, 1 tsp sweet soy sauce, 4 tsp tomato sauce, 4 tsp hot sauce and cornstarch.
Steps:
1. Clean the chicken and cut to taste, then chicken in boiled half cooked.
2. The remaining water to boil the chicken had not been thrown away because to be used for sauteing.
3. Cut a small meatball into 2 parts
4. Then chicken that has been boiled in fried back half cooked together with the meatballs that have been cut into pieces.
5. Cut the red onion chili, onion and garlic, then ginger beaten as in the picture.
6. Sauté all that has been cut before it smells nice.
7. Then input the chicken and meatballs that have been in half-cooked fries.
8. Add water remaining chicken stew, give salt, pepper, sugar, flavor taste and taste correction.
9. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and spicy sauce, stir until evenly distributed, the last berry corn flour that has been dissolved water, stir until thickened water.
