Ap Spicy Salted Squid
Material:
• 200 grams of squid, fresh and large salted eggs
• 6 shallots
• 4 cloves garlic
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 segment of galangal
• 10 green chilies
• 4 red chili peppers

• 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
• 100 ml of clean water

How to cook :
• Prepare a container of hot water, then pour the squid you have prepared for several minutes. Drain well.
• After you brew then cut the squid in a ring shape. Set it aside.
• Take the garlic and red then clean and thinly slice.
• Also clean some other ingredients such as bay leaves and galangal which are then crushed.
• Take red chili and green chili and cut into pieces.
• Prepare a frying pan and hot oil then continue by frying your squid until it's half done, after finishing and lifting, drain.
• Reheat the oil in the pan, then continue sautéing the onion and garlic that you have sliced thinly to smell fragrant.
• Add some other ingredients such as bay leaves, galangal, green chili and red chili, then cook again until wilted.
• Finally you put the fried squid together with sugar and sweet soy sauce. Mix well, and slowly pour water into your pan. keep stirring again and cook for a while until all ingredients are evenly distributed and water thickens.
• Take your spicy salted squid plate and serve on a serving plate.
• Serve this menu while still warm for your family at home.

- 100 grams of orange starch crackers, soak
- 1 egg, shake it off

How to make
