Ujung Pandang Fried Rice
Hello, foodies!
Recently i had the authentic Ujung Pandang Fried Rice for my lunch. The fried rice had red color which came from the tomato sauce they used to cook it. It had sweet, sour and a bit savory flavour. It also used sliced lapciong (pork sweet sausage) as its topping. I like it cause it tasted so good.
