Healthy Tokyo Gyudon Lunch
Hello, foodies!
Beside yummy recently I am obsessed with all food that were more healthy so that’s why I got this Tokyo gyudon for my lunch recently.
It contained basmati rice which had lower calories and glicemic index than regular rice, the beef slices were soft and non fat, it was also tasted good in savory. Besides it also had tasty yet healthy egg poached too, perfect!
