Have you ever tasted Kalasan Chicken?

Hello, friends especially foodies!
Recently I had Kalasan Rice Package which consisted of traditional cooked chicken named Kalasan, tempeh and also tofu in bacem (also traditionally cooked) plus sour veggie soup.

The chicken, tempeh and tofu had sweet dominant and a bit savory flavour. While the sour veggie soup had sour and sweet flavour. All of the food were good and I loved them all.
