Fried white fish fried rice
Hi steemianz.... If you like salted fish, can try mixing this restaurant-style fried rice. Slices of salted fish jambal bread will make this more steady rice steady. Can be equipped with omelet or fried egg.
If you usually fried salted fish rice you enjoy in the restaurant, now you can make your own. The crunchy texture of salted fish and bean sprouts makes it even better. The recipe can be seen here
Material
1 piece of thigh meat, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon of English ketchup
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
3 cloves of garlic
3 chicken eggs, shake
1 tablespoon margarine
400 grams of basmati rice or pera rice
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1- tablespoon powdered broth without MSG
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
150 g salted fish jambal bread, cut
Small, dry fries50 g bean sprouts, remove the tail
1 tablespoon finely sliced leek
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Lettuce, rough iris
coriander leaves
Sliced red chili
How to make
Stir the pieces of chicken thigh meat with English soy sauce, pepper and salt. Let stand a moment.
Cook the chicken in a frying pan until the water comes out and the chicken is cooked. Lift.
Heat oil in wok pan, saute garlic until fragrant.
Enter marrdagin, stir until fragrant.
Add the eggs, stirring until the eggs are cooked.
Add rice, soy sauce, pepper, salt and powdered broth.
Stir until the rice mixed eggs evenly.
Enter chicken and salted fish, mix well.
Add bean sprouts, spring onions and sesame oil.
Stir until all mixed evenly then lift.
Serve with lettuce and cilantro.
