Roasted potatoes
Here's my recipe for roasted potatoes.
In a zip lock bag, gallon size. Add 4 cut up potatoes, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 TAble spoons of red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic and
small chopped onion. Mix/ shake in bag. Let stand for hour or 2, and be prepped night before and place in refrigerator.
Grease tin pan, add contents from bag into tin pan. Shake Parmesan cheese of potatoes.
Cover with foil and place in oven. 425 degrees about 40 minutes, uncover and bake another 10 minutes to brow potatoes.
You could also use foil and wrap potatoes up and throw on grill for 20-30 minutes....
