One of the best things about Venezuela is its overturned pineapple cake.🍍🍍🍍

This cake is a Venezuelan delight. And so simple. In my house is one of the favorite. It is a mixture of normal cake. In my house we beat it by hand with a wooden palette, and when the mixture is ready we add pineapple in small pieces that are previously made with a caramel. In the mold where we are going to see you place a caramel and some pineapple slices and then add the mixture. This cake is demolded hot so that it can be peeled off and decorated with red cherries.
