Green Punkcakes
flour 2 cups
eggs 2 pcs.
cream 10% (milk) ½ l
sugar 3 tbsp.
soda 1 tsp
salt 1 teaspoon
dye food (gel) 3-4 drops
vegetable oil
maple syrup
Beat salted eggs with sugar, pour in the cream (glass), beat again, add gel food color, in portions of flour, mix well after each addition, add the remaining cream at the end, mix.
Pour vegetable oil and soda into the dough, mix thoroughly until smooth, leave for 10 minutes.
Fry the green punkcakes over medium heat on both sides.
