Valentine’s Day dinners?
It’s a busy week in the restaurant business. We are gearing up for Valentine’s Day and coming up with all kinds of specials to serve our community on that special day. The week before we try out some meats and salads. My opinion not good enough. What do you think? 
They have been smoking 8 hours now I believe they are ready.
Crawfish salad anyone?
Or maybe some original delta fried chicken and house fries?
I only run front of house so I don’t get the final say but I have already told my chef that these dishes seem to plain. & none speak love to me... Would you be happy with one of these dishes on your Valentines Date?
