Healthy Blueberry Mango Smoothie
A plantbased Blueberry Mango Smoothie for you all! Made on a creamy base of banana and soy milk, topped with blueberries, mango and spinach.
This smoothie is both nutritious and tastes like something out of a dream with a creamy consistency that will leave you wanting to make another one.
The recipe goes:
Banana 1 (ribe)
Soy Milk 1/2 cup
Blueberries 1/2 cup (We used frozen in the smoothie and fresh for topping)
Mango 1/2 cup
Ice 1/2 cup
Chia seeds 1 tb sp
Water can be added if a different consistency is desired.
As easy as can be, mixing up the ingredients before blending away for enjoyment.
