Tofu Fried Eggplant Onion Chilli Flour
Ingredients:
4-5 servings
5 pieces of tofu size 2x2x7cm (diced)
3 pieces of eggplant (cut to taste)
1 pack of versatile flour
2 tbsp of wheat flour
1 tbsp tapioca starch / starch
Sufficient water, salt, sugar, powdered broth, pepper powder
8 cloves of garlic (minced)
15 pieces of cayenne pepper (according to taste & the number of tofu / eggplant et al)
2 large red peppers
2 spring onions
Step:
Cut the tofu and soak it with brine and powdered broth. Cut also eggplant
Racik flour spices, wheat flour, tapioca, water, salt, sugar, powdered broth, pepper powder, stir until blended and make sure stay thick.
Fried tofu and eggplant by dipping into concoction of flour and fry until done.
Saute garlic wait until fragrant, insert chili slices, and leeks.
After a bit wilted, add sugar, salt, pepper and powdered broth, mix well.
Enter the tofu and eggplant which has been fried, mix well. Serve ^^
