Blackberry & Blueberry Cheesecake

I like Blackberry&Blueberry Cheesecake! It is the most common dessert I make for my family since it doesn't take much time to make it and everyone loves it. My favorite cheesecake is the one with cherry topping. This time I made for the first time with blackberries and blueberries on top. It was delicious! The recipe I usually make is very simple and I will share it with you. You should give it a try because your dear ones will like eating a tasty homemade cheesecake.

The ingredients:

• 300 g of biscuits (digestive)
• 140 g of butter
• 600 g of cream cheese
• 120 g of powder vanilla sugar (or just powder sugar)
• 120 ml of whipped cream
• blackberries and blueberries (for topping)

Melt the butter in the microwave and smash the biscuits with the kitchen robot. Mix the melted butter with the smashed biscuits and put the content in the cheesecake tray. Put it in the fridge until you prepare the cream.

Mix the cream cheese with sugar until the last one it melts. Add the whipped cream and continue to mix it until you obtain one bowl of delicious cream. Take the cheesecake tray from the fridge and add the cream over the biscuits.

Add as many blackberries and blueberries as you want and put it again on the fridge for at least 4 hours. After that, you can enjoy serving your Blackberry&Blueberry Cheesecake!
