Food Truck Friday!

The weather is becoming nicer and with that comes food truck Friday. Every Friday local food trucks gather in a common area to create a pop up cafeteria for people to come eat. It’s a great place to meet up with friends and/or associates.

I like food truck Fridays because it’s an opportunity to support local businesses. I try to always eat at a local restaurant over a chain restaurant because it keeps that money local and helps people in my community.

Another great incentive to eat here on fridays is the fact that anyone you want to meet for lunch will be able to find something they enjoy. I’m a vegetarian and so it gives me many more options than I usually have at a dine in restaurant.

Does anyone else have something similar that goes on where they live or any similar ideas that can help build a community?
