FOODlog #268: Sarawak Fried Noodles
There are many variety of styles to cook fried noodles here in Malaysia. This one comes from East Malaysia from a state called Sarawak.
This version of fried noodles or also known as economic noodles, are a mix of sweet and savoury and fried with garlic and eggs and typically with beansprouts.
My wife's first time cooking this dish and being my first time eating this version of Malaysian fried noodles, it was very good.
