Food is one of the few things in life that we can directly control and influence our health, and that's why we've picked up 5 steps that, in my opinion, are leading us to a better digestion.
- While you eat, try to focus your attention on food, enjoy the maximum portion, avoid the TV, the computer or the newspapers.
- Mash and chew at least 20 times each serving.
- Eat slowly.
- Avoid drinking water or juices during the meal.
5.Review the meals so you have 3 main meals and 2 snacks.
