Cooking Uzbek pilaf
Today I will tell you it is very easy to cook pilaf.
We love this tasty dish. I think you'll be glad to cook.
To prepare pilaf, you need:
1. Onions - 3-4 pieces
2. Carrots - 4-5 pieces
3. Lamb - 1 kg
4. Vegetable oil
5. Rice - 1 kg
Rinse well with rice in warm water until the water is clear. Add a little salt and pour the warm water.
In the heated cauldron (or a deep pan in which you can toast) pour oil
Cut onion half rings and fry until brown. The meat cut into cubes and add to the onions.
Fry with the onions for 15 minutes.
Cut the carrots into strips and put on top of the meat stirring for 3 minutes.
Next, fry, stirring constantly until the carrots become soft.
Pour one liter of hot water and reduce the heat. Simmer for 30-40 minutes.
From rice to drain the water and put an even layer.
Pour water over the rice level 1 centimeter.
Cover and cook until the rice ready, about 30-40 minutes.
All mix thoroughly and let stand, covered for 10-15 minutes.
Pilaf is ready!
