The spinach green vegetables

he was a brother when I visited one of his friend's garden there he was given two bundles of spinach. Spinach or better known as Latin Amaranthus spp. The word amaranth in greek means everlasting means (immortal). at first this plant used as an ornamental plant but in the development of this plant used as a food source of protein, spinach is a plant that is usually grown to be consumed leaves as green vegetables. This plant originated from tropical America but is now widespread throughout the world, namely Indonesia allegedly spinach plant into Indonesia in the XIX century when foreign trade traffic into the territory of Indonesia. The only vegetables belonging to the amaranthaceae family are spinach (amaranthus spp) with morphology of shrubs and shrubs.
