It is always nice to read these posts. Mango is my favourite smoothie fruit, sweet and tasty.

It's great to have mangoes in our life but as we all know we might not get the really natural fruit .because we are in the hurry to make it artificial prepared.

That is the process for mango and it has to be done because markets are not very close to production areas. Also these are exported so we have to control the ripening rate.
