Food and Health Awareness | Cherimoya and its Health Benefits
Cherimoya is the name of a tree fruit that can be eaten. The biological name is Annona cherimola, this shrub can grow to a height of 10 meters found mostly in South America, especially Colombia, Peru, and Bolivia. it is found mainly in the tropics, although it has been naturalized in other parts of the world. The fruit of the tree planting this crop is green when ripe, and it seems to be covered with overlapping scales. It is usually heart-shaped or round and is often no larger than the fruit of grapefruit. Larger specimens can weigh 5-6 kilograms but are quite rare.

that fruit can also kill cancer, and improves metabolism that's what i used to eat when i was a kid, but nowadays i don't see any of that kind of fruit here in PH.. :)
Never knew Cherimoya has all these amazing qualities.I use it to make smoothies and add it in my salad dressings.
It is a very good fruit in vitamin C excellent for lowering the tension and according to studies also very good for cancer is very easy and good is one is a fruit of the tropical zone
Excelente articulo @cyptokraze, es importante resaltar que para percibir los beneficios de cualquier fruta, es necesario ingerirlas con el estomago vacío, de esta manera el cuerpo puede asimilar efectivament los nutrientes que estas proporcionan; la fruta pasa rápidamente por el estómago porque se digiere en el intestino delgado, donde se absorben sus nutrientes. Si se ingiere la fruta después de la comida, esta quedara atrapada ocasionando su fermentación en el estomago.
