En mí país se toma el "Tres en Uno". Se prepara Jugo de Naranja, Remolacha y Zanahoria y Miel o Azúcar.
Ingredientes:
1 litro de jugo de naranja natural.
1 zanahoria mediana.
1 remolacha mediana.
1 cucharadita de miel o azúcar (opcional)
Esta bebida es genial, rica, nutritiva y repotenciadora.
Imaginemos las propiedades de cada una de las frutas y la Miel.
