Red 'pea' soup with dumplings
Put water to boil in a large pot. Add red peas, ham bone, garlic and pimento berries and boil for about 40 minutes or until the peas becomes tender. Add the yellow yam, cocoa, sweet potato and breadfruit, if it is used. Mix in the Grace Coconut Milk Powder, then shape and add the spinners.
