Lamb Tajine on this 4th continuous rainy day!!!
Hello my lovely friends of Steemit!
As I mentioned the last couple of days, It has been raining heavily here in Mauritius and today was the 4th continuous day where we got so much rain!
During this hot summer, it is great to have rainy days like this as the temperature is little cooler and you feel better! And in such rainy day...there is nothing better than cooking and enjoying a nice Lamb Tajine with some vegetables!
Yes my friends, yesterday I bought some fresh lamb and today it went into a tajine dish!!! The dish was so tasty that I wish I bought some more lamb meat!!!
Let me share some photos of the lamb tajine I made today! Hope you enjoy them!
After marinating the lamb, I placed them as usual on a bed of onion rings!
Topped it up with loads of different veggies!
And the tajine was ready for cook!
This has been my lunch today together with the family...everyone enjoyed it so much!
I am looking forward to make some more soon!
