Delicious Swedish Meat Patties
Hello everybody, today we ate a typical swedish dish. It´s simple to cook and delicious to crave.
Ingredients
Meat patties:
• Butter & Oil (for frying)
• 1 kg minced beef
• 1 yellow onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 4 eggs
• 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
• 1 ½ dl cream
• 2 tablespoons concentrated veal stock
• 3 tablespoons soy
• 1 dl flour
• Salt & pepper
Gravy:
• 50 g butter
• 1 dl flour
• 3 tablespoons soy
• 3 tablespoons concentrated veal stock
• 3 dl cream
• 4 dl milk
• Salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Mix together the inredients for the meat patties. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Form the mixture into patties. Heat up a non- stick frying pan with plenty of butter and oil over medium-high heat. Fry the patties to create a lovely surface.
Put them in the oven for 15 minutes or untill they are done (depends on the size).
Begin with the gravy. Melt the butter in a pot on medium-low heat. Add the flour and stir. Add the remaining ingredients and let it seethe under constant stirring.
Serves with boiled potatoes, green peas and lingonberry jam.
