Its starting to get cold on Brisbane too. We definitely feel that winter is coming.. I could only imaging how coooold it is in Melbourne!!
These look delicious @foodforsoul:) one of my favorite and fast treats to make! I cut them into pinwheels usually. Both fillings are delicious with these:) a great comforting treat for a cold wintery day🤗
Wow I didn’t expect it to be cold in Queensland too. We are travelling north to Cairns in a few weeks so hopefully we get some good weather there. As to the post I think making the dough by hand make a big difference to the taste and texture of the pastry.
