Breakfast to go - Oatmeal
Hello guys,
today I want to show you a super delicious and fast breakfast that everyone is familiar with!
The Oatmeal to go:
For the preparation you need a jam jar with screw-on lid, a kitchen scale and a spoon.
The breakfast consists of the ingredients:
40g quaker rolled oats
100ml milk
50g natural yogurt
70g blueberry/kiwi/banana/strawberry
20g chia seeds
The glass is placed in the fridge overnight and in the morning ready to be taken to work, university or sports.
