Great post @jaymorebeet, and a cool idea to add the fruit puree to kick it up a notch! I wonder if anyone's tried making a kombucha cocktail, maybe adding a little vodka to the mix?
That's a good idea - but then again does it negate the health benefits? Is it like having chocolate chips on your salad?
