The Leche Flan Recipe (must try!😀)
I've just learned this and tried it for the first time yesterday. At first I can't do the caramelizing properly, I even had bruises in my arms. Yet, I've tried again and it gone good. 😊😊 This is one of the most popular dessert in our place during special occassions like yesterday (The Feast of our lady of annunciation). It's delicious as ever be. You should try them my dearest co-esteemians!! 😉
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kl Sugar
- 410 ml evaporated milk
- 380 ml condensed milk
- 7 large eggs
Procedure:
Pour sugar into your prepared llaneras, then heat over medium flam until sugar caramelizes. Set aside.
Note: the sweetness depends on the measure of sugar being caramelized that gives the attractive color at the top of your leche flan.In a bowl, mix together the evaporated milk and condensed milk, beat until well blended. Add eggs and mix well.
Pour you egg mixture to your prepared llaneras with caramelized sugar.
Steam for 25-30 minutes or about an hour or until firm.
Then your leche flan dessert is ready to serve 😋😘
