Popular Nightmarket Bun Recognized By Michelin Bib Gourmand

In celebration of one of my favorite stalls receiving a Michelin Bib Gourmand award here are some pics of the popular Fu Zhou Shi Zu Pepper Bun shop.

In the very forefront of Raohe nightmarket, you'll notice a constant queue of people zigzagging towards just one stall. Fu Zhou Shi Zu has been opened for years and is not only known for their juicy pepper pork buns, but the efficiency in which they make them. Even though the lines are long, they can get through 10 to 20 people in just a few minutes.

The entry way to Raohe market. They have around 10 people constantly making and baking the famous buns. This forms a super efficient assembly line for the perfectly baked buns.
