The first cheesecake
Today I want to show one of the first cheesecake that I did.
This I did for a birthday surprise. This time I put cherry on top and around them I wanted to get an effect of hearts. And I got it.
I want to share with you how I prepare the fruits that I put over the cheesecake.
In the winter or in seasons when I have't fresh fruit,I buy them frozen. So I put the frozen fruit in a saucepan, add sugar and put them on fire. Separately dissolve the starch in cold water and less pour it over the fruit. Boil a few minutes together and leave to cool. And that's it.
In this way they can be used in cakes or cheesecake.
