#Marukame Udon
I want to eat Marukame udon ^^.
I used to work for Marukame Udon as a Part time job for 3 months.
I learned to make sushi, how to make tempura, and also learned how to make udon noodles.
There are nearly 12 noodles in the menu, but I like the most is spicy pork udon. This dish is the best, if you visit Marukame Udon, do not forget to try this.
I like the noodles here because it is not only delicious but also clean. The restaurant is designed with open kitchen space, you can observe the process of making noodles of the kitchen.
Instant noodles are prepared in the open kitchen and after 15 minutes if it not used to cook the noodles , it will be poured away and not be used again. This ensures that the noodles are always good and tasty ^^.
